Tarung Tiga

Founded in 2022 by Hendri Kurniawan, Tarung Tiga — also known as the Battle of Three Brewers — is a one-of-a-kind competition designed to be the most transparent, fair, and conflict-free coffee brewing throwdown ever created. What makes Tarung Tiga different? Each round features three brewers, not only competing, but also judging each other’s work. Every competitor must present their best brew, showcase their brewing techniques, and evaluate their peers’ coffee on a shared panel. It’s a true test of skill, honesty, and humility — where brewing meets critical tasting.

This unique format removes traditional judging bias and invites a deeper understanding of flavor, process, and craft from every angle.
